Yes Cub Breedings are Open Stamp

O.K I decided to make this for on my breeding lions pages for when my Cub breedings are open, I have made a companion stamp for this as well that says the oposit. That they are closed. I will switch back and fourth between these two stamps when they are open and when they are closed O.K
